Rwanda | Musanze: IDP promoting residents to village settlements Aug 17th 2012, 10:37 Tweet The executive secretary of the Northern Province of Rwanda Deogratias Kabagamba said that Ryambungira and Kamugeni settlement villages have brighter future depending on the different projects put in place in the area. Deogratias Kabagamba Ryambungira settlement village which is in Shingiro sector and Kamugeni settlement village that is located in Kimonyi sector were very poor but projects like giving cows to people living in the villages, constructing the roads, building Biogas and others show that these villages will be exemplary villages in a very soon future. Kabagamba said on the 14th.Aug.2012, "These villages will be better than some small towns that are in the country if such developmental projects keep being done on the same level." Among other developmental projects being done in these villages include planting trees that can be mixed with crops, building cooking stoves that use magma residues, building a general kraal and many others.
