A suggestion box
Ruhango district administration has asked sector executive secretaries to put suggestion boxes in their places of work as it can be one way of improving on customer care service delivery.
In Rwanda, almost every place where many people meet have ideas boxes fixed in place by workers to get ideas from customers, so that they improve the services.
This method of idea gathering helps companies and organizations to correct the mistakes or improve on their services, Ruhango district decided to use the boxes at every sector.
Francois Xavier Mbabazi, Mayor for Ruhango district asserts that suggestion boxes help people reveal problems that they would have kept quiet over, in fear of their identities to be revealed.
Mbabazi asked sector leaderships that after putting this practice in action, to sensitise residents to use the suggestion boxes in improving the service delivery.
