Rwanda : District commends good relationship between people and leaders Aug 14th 2012, 05:23 Vugangoma cell in Macuba sector on the 9th.Aug.2012, had a security meeting where the vice mayor for finance and economic development in Nyamasheke district Charles Bahizi asked  said good relationship with local leaders would lead to quick development He asked to respect their fellows and their leaders and asked leaders to listen to their subjects with respect. "There is supposed to be good relationship between all levels for good governance and for people to get services they need and well."  He said. Bahizi asked leade4rs that in case they are not able to give a person the services desired, they should advice tem of where to go. According to the official, residents must avoid anything that would lead Rwanda to experience the same problems it passed through. Bahizi asked the residents to always identify those who want to destroy their security by giving information to security officials and local leaders.
